While we strive to offer a flawless experience, we understand that issues may arise. If you encounter a problem that we are unable to resolve, making the system unusable, we are more than willing to process a refund for your purchase.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Make a note of your transaction order ID and email us at with the subject “Request for Refund.” In the email, kindly describe the issues you are facing and the reason for your refund request.

  2. Depending on the circumstances, you may need to provide supporting evidence, and we will also furnish relevant information and insights to explain our decision transparently.

Conditions for Refunds:

  1. Please allow us the opportunity to assist you with technical issues before requesting a refund. Contact our live support 24/7, and we will strive to resolve the problem within 48 hours. If we are unable to do so, we will proceed with the refund process.

  2. Refunds are only applicable within 72 hours of the purchase date. After this period, no refunds can be processed.

  3. If you made the payment using a credit card, the refund will typically be processed and the funds returned to your debit card within 20 to 31 working days. In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days, but please understand that this is beyond our control as we are not the payment provider but an IPTV service provider.

  4. Complete refunds will be issued for purchases made within the last 72 hours. For refund requests beyond this timeframe, the amount refunded will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period. Our support team will be in touch with users in all refund cases.

Please Note:

  1. Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Customer dissatisfaction with the channel line-up or performance.
    • Failure to take advantage of the trial period before purchasing a 1 to 12-month package.
    • Inability to set up the IPTV service on the user’s end, as our support is limited to predefined configuration steps.
  2. Temporary issues like channel freezing, buffering, or intermittent outages are usually due to factors such as internet fluctuations, box/app setup issues, ISP problems, or server maintenance. Our dedicated engineers are continually working to rectify such issues promptly.

  3. If you are unable to access your IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to server issues or any problems caused by us, we will either refund the package price entirely or extend your subscription with extra bonus time as mutually agreed.

Please refrain from making refund requests for 24-hour trials, as they are non-refundable.
